Consulting and custom builds

Software that fits how your business actually works

We design and build custom business apps, dashboards and automations for small and growing teams, so your people spend less time on spreadsheets, copy-paste and workarounds.

What we do

From a one-off scoping session to a full build and ongoing support. Every engagement starts with how your team works today.

Custom build

Custom business apps

Internal tools built around your workflow: job tracking, scheduling, quoting, inventory, customer records.

Data

Dashboards and reporting

Pull the numbers you check every week into one place, refreshed automatically, with the KPIs that matter to you.

Automation

Workflow automation

Connect the tools you already use and stop re-entering the same data in three places. Scheduled jobs, imports, exports and alerts.

Web

Websites and web apps

Fast, accessible sites and customer-facing web apps: booking, ordering, portals and payments with Stripe.

Consulting

Technical consulting

A second opinion before you spend: build-or-buy advice, process mapping, system audits and a practical roadmap.

Support

Ongoing support

Hosting, monitoring, fixes and small improvements after launch, so the tool keeps up as your business changes.

How a project works

Small, focused phases. You see working software early and steer the next step with real use instead of guesses.

  1. Weeks 1-2

    Discovery and mapping

We map your current process: where time leaks, where errors happen, where work gets repeated. You get a clear scope and a fixed quote.

  2. Weeks 3-6

    Build the core

A working app that handles your core workflow, not a demo. Your team starts using it while we refine it with their feedback.

  3. After launch

    Launch and improve

We handle deployment, data migration and training, then keep improving it as needed, or hand it over with documentation.

Timelines are typical for a first version; we confirm yours after discovery.

Things we've built

A few of our ready-made tools. Each is available off the shelf at snowseasonstech.store, and each can be the starting point for a custom version.

Questions

How much does a custom project cost?

It depends on scope. After a short discovery conversation you get a written, fixed quote for the first version before any work starts. Smaller jobs and consulting sessions can be billed hourly.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes, that is most of what we do. Our tools are built for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets but don't need, or want to pay for, enterprise software.

Should we build custom or buy something off the shelf?

Often buying is the right answer, and we'll tell you if it is. Custom makes sense when your process is what sets you apart, or when you are paying for several tools and gluing them together by hand.

Can you work with the systems we already use?

Usually. We connect to existing tools through their APIs, exports or databases, so a new app can fit alongside what you have instead of replacing everything at once.

What happens after launch?

You can keep us on for hosting, support and improvements, or take it over yourself. Either way you get documentation and a handover.
